摘 要：在推动育人发展，培养新时代建设者和接班人的要求下，高校基层党建工作需要适应大数据、“互联网+”的新形势并且与之同向同行。建立具有高校特色的“1+4+X”高校基层“智慧党建”平台，文章以河北金融学院信息学院党支部为例，分别从该平台的工作化功能、信息化功能、学习化功能和服务化功能四个方面进行阐述，构建“智慧党建”平台是进一步完善高校基层党组织建设和丰富党员教育管理的重要方法。

Research on the Construction of “1+4+X” Grassroots “Intelligent Party Building” Platform in Colleges and Universities

Abstract：Under the requirements of promoting educational development and training builders and successors of the new era，grass-roots Party construction in colleges and universities needs to adapt to the new situation of big data and “internet plus” and go alongwith it. Established with characteristic of colleges and universities “1+4+X” college grassroots Party construction of “intelligent Party building” platform. Taking the Party branch of Information College of Hebei Finance University as an example，this paper expounds the platform from four aspects：working function，information function，learning function and service function. The construction of“ intelligent Party building” platform is an important method to further improve the construction of grass-roots Party organizations and the rich of the important methods for Party members’education management.
