摘 要：随着企业信息化建设的不断推进，信息系统及设备数量、种类的快速增加，对IT 运维工作提出了更高的要求。通过IT 运维自动化平台建设，提高IT 运维效率和质量，降低IT 运维成本，实现IT 资源利用最大化，已成为企业IT 运维发展最为迫切的需求，基于目前大多数企业在用的ITIL 系统，在做好流程化管理的基础上构建自动化运维管理平台，深化模块化功能应用，可以大幅提升运维能力及运维效果。

Abstract：With the continuous advancement of enterprise informatization construction，the number and types of information systems and equipment are increasing rapidly，which puts forward higher requirements for IT operation and maintenance. Through the construction of IT operation and maintenance automation platform，the efficiency and quality of IT operation and maintenance are improved，reducing IT operation and maintenance costs and maximizing the use of IT resources has become the most urgent need for the development of enterprise IT operation and maintenance. Based on the ITIL system currently used by most enterprises，automated operation and maintenance management platform is built on the basis of good process management，deepening the application of modular functions can greatly improve the operation and maintenance capabilities and effects.
