摘 要：文章以提高西安交通工程学院教师教学质量评价的客观性，降低评价过程中主观因素的影响为目标，以灰色系统理论为基础建立了相应的评价模型，在完成教师教学质量核心指标分析的基础上，利用该评价模型对教师的教学质量进行了量化计算及实例分析，不仅实现了对教师教学评价结果的量化，同时从计算产生的数据反映出该模型在教师教学质量评价中的运用取得了较好的效果，因此具有一定的研究价值。

Research on the Application of Grey Model in the Evaluation
of Teachers’ Teaching Quality

Abstract：Aiming at improving the objectivity of teacher’s teaching evaluation of Xi’an Traffic Engineering Institute and reducing the influence of subjective factors in the evaluation process，this paper establishes a corresponding evaluation model based on grey system theory. On the basis of completing the analysis of the core indicators of teacher’s teaching quality，this evaluation model is used to quantitatively calculate and implement teacher’s teaching quality. The analysis of the case not only realizes the quantification of the results of teacher’s teaching evaluation，but also reflects the application of the model in teacher’s teaching evaluation from the data generated by the calculation，which has achieved good results，so it has certain research value.
