摘 要：为全面推进江苏省农村公路信息化管理技术的发展，文章进行了农村公路“建、管、养、运”管理机构实际需求调查，依托江苏省已有农村公路信息化管理系统，对江苏省农村公路建管养运“一网一平台”智能化、信息化管理服务系统进行了研究，实现了农村公路管理“决策分析科学化、公路资产数字化、工程建设精准化、路网监控可视化、养护管理智能化、运营服务优质化”。

Research on “One Network，One Platform” Management Service System for Rural Highway

Abstract：In order to promote the development of rural highway information management technology in Jiangsu Province，the article conducted a survey on the actual needs of management agencies for the “construction，management，maintenance and transportation” of rural highway. Relying on the existing rural highway information management system in Jiangsu Province，the intelligent and information management service system of “one network，one platform” for the construction，management，maintenance and transportation of rural highway in Jiangsu Province has been studied，realizing rural highway management “scientific decision-making analysis，digitalization of highway assets，precision engineering construction，visualization of road network monitoring，intelligent maintenance management and high-quality operation services”.
