职业院校翻转课堂有效实施策略研究

摘  要:“互联网+”教育时代,充分利用课前时间让职业院校学生进行自主学习,课堂重视操作技能和综合素质的养成是现代教育的要求。学生存在的原理性知识不易懂,分工协作及沟通技能不强,学习源动力不足等问题可通过翻转课堂的教学实践进行锻炼,而如何提升“翻转”课堂教学的效果成为当务之急。

Research on Effective Implementation Strategy of Flipped Classroom in Vocational College

Abstract:In the era of“Internet plus”education,making full use of the pre-class time to study autonomously of vocational college students,Paying attention to operating skills in class and the development of comprehensive quality is requirements of modern education. The students’ principle knowledge is not easy to understand,and other problems like division of labor,collaboration and communication skills are not strong,the lack of motivation for learning,all can be exercised by turning over the classroom teaching
practice,and how to promote “flip”of the effect of classroom teaching has become a top priority.
