摘 要：公共服务平台的建设对于科技创新能力的提高、科技成果与市场之间融合以及国家整体科技实力的提高具有明显 的促进作用。企业在进行科技成果转化公共服务平台建设的过程中，市场的经济规律是不容忽视的，需要通过整合优化资源来实现自身目标。本文主要介绍了科技成果转化公共服务平台的目标，建设公共服务平台的主要形式以及为实现科技成果转化建设公共服务平台的具体措施，并深入分析了公共服务平台对科技成果转化的发展。

Abstract：The construction of the public service platform has a significant effect on improving the ability of scientific and technological innovation，the promotion of the integration of scientific and technological achievements and the market，and the improvement of the national overall scientific and technological strength. In the process of the construction of the public service platform for the transformation of scientific and technological achievements，the economic laws of the market can not be ignored. By integrating and optimizing the resources，the enterprises can achieve their own goals. This article mainly introduces the goal of the transformation of the public service platform by scientific and technological achievements，the main form of building the public service platform，and the concrete measures for the realization of the transformation and construction of the public service platform for the achievement of scientific and technological achievements，and analyzes the development of the transformation of the scientific and technological achievements by the public service platform.
