摘 要：随着互联网发展带来的有利条件，“互联网+”模式应运而生。本文介绍了“互联网+”提出的背景、“互联网+”的内涵以及其实施思路，并结合我国人社信息化建设现状，对“互联网+”下人社的信息化建设策略进行了探讨。

Abstract：With the advantages of the internet，“internet plus”mode came into being. This article through the“internet plus”the background，“internet plus”and the connotation of the idea of Internet plus the knowledge，combining with the status quo analysis of social informatization construction in China，construction strategy of the final Internet plus human society are discussed.
