摘 要：为探究维持性血液透析微炎症状态发展状况与研究趋势，以中国知网（CNKI）数据库1989—2019 年收录的维持性血液透析的炎症状态领域的期刊论文为研究对象，使用CiteSpace 软件进行分析，结果表明，关于维持性血液透析文献数量总体上逐年上升，发文机构多为肾内科，研究内容除了炎症状态本身之外，还包括血管钙化、血液灌流、相关危险因素、用药药理机制等相关问题。

Bibliometric Analysis of Inflammatory State in Maintenance Hemodialysis

Abstract：In order to explore the development status and research trend of microinflammatory state in maintenance hemodialysis，this paper takes the journal papers as research subject，which are in the field of inflammatory state in maintenance hemodialysis from1989 to 2019 collected by China National Knowledge Infrastructure（CNKI）database，and make analysis on these journal papers using CiteSpace software. The results show that the number of literatures on maintenance hemodialysis increases year by year on the whole，the issuing institutions are mostly nephrology department. In addition to the inflammatory state itself，study contents also include other related problems，such as vascular calcification，hemoperfusion，related risk factors and pharmacological mechanism of drug usage etc.
