摘 要:文章针对公路工程在全生命周期信息传递的过程中,在施工期到运营期之间存在信息断层的问题,基于 BIM 给出了工程信息快速交付的技术方案。运营期的 BIM 应用要充分利用资产的全过程信息,需要将施工期的 BIM 进行重新组织后交付到运营期,基于运营期和建设期的数据组织特点建立映射,包括将三维模型根据业务要求和划分要求进行增删改,以及建立施工期信息的映射通道,通过合理的数据标准将资产信息转交到运营养护单位。

Research on Information Transmission Technology of Highway Engineering Whole Life Cycle Based on BIM

Abstract:In view of the problem that there is information fault between the construction period and the operation period during the process of the information transferring of the whole life cycle of highway engineering. Based on BIM,the technical scheme for rapid delivery of engineering information is given. BIM application in the operation period should make full use of the whole process information of assets. It needs to reorganize the BIM in the construction period and deliver it to the operation period. The mapping is established based on the characteristics of data organization in operation period and construction period,including adding,deleting and improving 3D model according to business requirements and division requirements,and establishing mapping channel of construction period information,and transferring asset information to operation and maintenance unit according to the reasonable data standards.
