摘 要：“精准教学”和“个性化学习”是教育事业的发展趋势，个性化学习推荐在线上学习中也逐步受到重视。该研究通过构建“协优工程师认证”课程的知识图谱，结合习题推荐算法的研究，设计了基于知识图谱的学习资源推荐系统，实现了“协优工程师认证”课程知识图谱的可视化、知识点查询、知识路径查询及习题推荐功能，为学习者提供定制化的线上学习服务，提高学习效率。

Research and Design on the Learning Resources Recommendation System Based on Knowledge Graph ——Take “Optimization Assistance Engineer Certification” Course as an Example

Abstract：“Precise teaching” and “personalized learning” are development trends of education，and personalized learning recommendation has been paid more and more attention in online learning. By constructing the knowledge graph of “Optimization Assistance Engineer Certification” course，and combined with the study on exercise recommendation algorithm，learning resources recommendation system based on knowledge graph is designed to realize the visualization of knowledge graph of “Optimization Assistance Engineer Certification” course，knowledge point query，knowledge path query and the function of exercise recommendation，which provides learners with customized online learning service and improves their learning efficiency.
