摘 要:管制综合信息系统是中南地区空中交通管制部门管制人员实施空中交通指挥的重要生产设施,为解决当前管制综合信息系统对于航空器起飞及落地报文的误拍、漏拍等隐患问题,针对系统起飞及落地报文的拍发机制进行了分析与研究,提出了引入多种类数据进行融合判断的处置方案,可有效解决隐患问题,提升起飞及落地报文拍发的准确率,以期为相关人员提供参考。

Research on the Takeoff and Landing Message Sending of Integrated Regulatory Information System

Abstract:Integrated regulatory information system is an important production facility for the controllers of the air traffic control department in middle south China to carry out air traffic command. In order to solve the hidden troubles that the current integrated regulatory information system wrong sending and missing sending aircraft takeoff and landing messages,this paper analyzes and studies sending mechanism of system takeoff and landing messages,the disposal scheme of introducing multiple kinds of data for fusion judgment is proposed,which can effectively solve the hidden troubles and improve the accuracy of takeoff and landing message sending,so as to provide reference for relevant personnel.
