摘 要:针对煤矿井下轨道分布复杂,易发生运输车碰撞、追尾等事故的问题,设计基于 TCP/IP 以太网通信的主从控制矿用轨道运输监控系统。详细分析该监控系统的硬件设计、PLC 程序软件、监控平台软件设计。设计主从监控总体方案,与井下工业环网建立 TCP/IP 通信连接,并将轨道运输机车数据上传至地面监控平台进行实时监控。该方案可实现矿用轨道运输机车的实时监控,可协助机车调度员对运输机车进行安全、平稳的调度,保证煤矿井下辅助运输系统高效运行。

Design of Mine Rail Transport Monitoring System Based on TCP/IP

Abstract:Aiming at the problems of complex distribution of underground rails in coal mines,which are prone to collisions and rear-end collisions of rail transport vehicles,a master-slave control mine rail transportation monitoring system based on TCP/IP Ethernet communication is designed. The hardware design,PLC program software and monitoring platform software design of the monitoring system are analyzed in detail. Design the master-slave monitoring overall plan,establish a TCP/IP communication connection with the underground industrial ring network,and upload the rail transport vehicle data to the ground monitoring platform for real time monitoring. The scheme can realize the real-time monitoring of mine rail transport vehicle,assist the locomotive dispatcher to dispatch the transport vehicle safely and stably,and ensure the efficient operation of underground auxiliary transportation system in coal mine.
