摘 要：在全国提倡信息化服务型社会的大环境下，加快推进信息化建设步伐的需求日益凸显，但鉴于我国信息化项目建设刚刚起步，缺少项目建设经验，导致建设过程中存在各种问题，迫切需要信息化主管部门找到问题根源，以便针对性地解决相关问题。文章提出了一种综合审查方法，即通过归类审查项目文档发现问题，对比分析问题产生原因，进而给出应对措施，帮助信息化主管部门定位解决问题的方向。

A Comprehensive Review Method of Informatization Project

Abstract: In the national environment of advocating an informatization service-oriented society, the need to accelerate the pace of informatization construction is becoming increasingly prominent. However, in view of the fact that China's informatization project construction has just started and lacks project construction experience, and it leads to various problems in the construction process. It is urgent for the competent information department to find the root causes of the problems, in order to solve the relevant problems pertinently. This paper puts forward a comprehensive review method, that is to find problems by classifying and reviewing project documents, compare and analyze the causes of problems, and then give countermeasures to help the competent information department locate the direction of solving problems.
