抽水蓄能电站基建安全管控信息平台设计

摘  要:我国提出“碳达峰”“碳中和”的目标,抽水蓄能对于能源的发展起到了不可代替的作用。对于企业如何做到高效的运转抽水蓄能电站进行了研究。报告了目前抽水蓄能电站网站安全管控信息应用现状。进行了抽水蓄能电站网站安全管控信息平台建设目标的调查。提出了水电站控制信息平台的建设,利用计算机综合管理的系统,全智能化地管理基建平台各种信息建设。针对基建的一些问题,提出一些建设的具体改动策略。

Design of Infrastructure Safety Management and Control Information Platform for Pumped Storage Power Station

Abstract: China has proposed the goal of “carbon peak” and “carbon neutral” . Pumped storage plays an irreplaceable role in energy development. How to operate pumped storage power station efficiently is studied. The application status of safety control information on pumped storage power station website is reported. The construction target of the safety control information platform of the website of pumped storage power station is investigated. This paper puts forward the construction of hydropower station control information platform, Fully intelligently manage various information construction of infrastructure platform by using the computer comprehensive management system. In view of some problems of infrastructure construction, some concrete modification strategies on construction are put forward.
