摘 要：利用云技术，西安十四运融媒体制作系统采用“天地一体”的架构。通过 5G 传输技术、云计算技术、虚拟化超高清非编技术，实现云上的服务能力。正是这样的云端技术，满足了因为新冠肺炎疫情而无法来到西安 IBC 的部分持权媒体的需求。文章将详细介绍整个融媒体系统中的云媒体平台 , 以及如何通过云平台实现随时随地提供检索下载编辑能力。

Design and Implementation of Cloud Platform in Financial Media Production System
—Take the Cloud Media Platform System in the 14th National Games as an Example

Abstract: Xi’an 14th National Games financial media production system adopts the architecture of “integration of heaven and earth” through cloud technology. Realize the service capability on the cloud through 5G transmission technology, cloud computing technology and virtualization ultra-high definition non coding technology. It is such cloud technology, meeting the needs of some power holding medias who failed to reach IBC in Xi’an because of novel coronavirus pneumonia. This paper introduces the cloud media platform in the whole financial media system in detail, and how to provide retrieval, download and editing capabilities anytime and anywhere through the cloud platform.
