摘 要：技术标准化已经成为当前部分高新技术企业研发项目过程中不可缺少的基础因素，这种至关重要性被提高到了一个企业科学技术进步及其行业技术竞争力的高度。技术标准化工作的目的是确保研发型项目的设计过程和设计成果，始终符合有关标准和要求的规定，达到提高研发设计质量和经济效益。文章将以电子行业研发型项目的技术标准化作为领域研究对象，探求优质的科技管理方法，以期有所收获。

Research on Science and Technology Management Methods Based on Technology Standardization of R&D Projects

Abstract: Technology standardization has become an indispensable basic factor in the process of R&D projects of some hightech enterprises. This crucial importance has been raised to the height of enterprise scientific and technological progress and industrial technological competitiveness. The purpose of technology standardization is ensuring that the design process and design results of the R&D projects always comply with the provisions of relevant standards and requirements, so as to improve the R&D design quality and economic benefits. This paper will take the technology standardization of R&D projects in the electronic industry as the research object in the field, and explore high-quality science and technology management methods in order to gain something.
