摘 要:针对二用一备提升泵系统,文章提出一种智能化控制方案。通过分析工艺专业提出的控制需求及实际运营维护需求,提出采用虚拟泵号的方法,顺利实现高编号泵向低编号泵转换的控制需求,在进水量随机的情况下,泵的按需切换、顺序切换、故障跳转等措施保证了提升泵系统的持续稳定运行,保证了主泵与备用泵的均衡出力问题,有效优化了泵的工况参数,增加了提升泵系统的非故障持续时间,从而为整个污水处理系统的持续稳定运行提供了有力保证。

An Intelligent Control Scheme for Main and Standby Lifting Pumps

Abstract: This paper presents an intelligent control scheme for the lifting pump system with two working and one standby. By analyzing the control requirements and actual operation and maintenance requirements put forward by the craft specialty, the method of virtual pump number is put forward to smoothly realize the control demand for the conversion from high number pump to low number pump. In the case of random water inflow, the measures such as on-demand switching, sequential switching and fault tripping of the pump ensure the continuous and stable operation of the lifting pump system, The balanced output of the main pump and the standby pump is ensured, the working condition parameters of the pump are effectively optimized, and the non fault duration of the lifting pump system is increased, which provides a strong guarantee for the continuous and stable operation of the whole sewage treatment system.
