摘 要：针对军工企业办公精细化管理及信息保密安全的需求，文章提出了某军工企业协同办公系统的设计与应用，通过在涉密网络中构建具备统一门户、公文管理、合同管理、业务审批等功能的协同办公系统，与业务系统集成共享，安全可控地处理信息与共享资源，促进了信息流转网络化、工作流程自动化、办公审批快捷化、决策执行科学化，提高了办公效率，积极推动了企业的精细化、信息化管理的高质量发展，为军工企业协同办公系统建设提供借鉴。

Design and Application of Collaborative Office System in a Military Industry Enterprise

Abstract: According to the office requirements of fine management and information confidentiality security in military industry enterprises, this paper puts forward the design and application of a collaborative office system in a military industry enterprise. Through the construction of a collaborative office system with the functions of unified portal, document management, contract management and business approval in the classified network, it integrates and shares with the business system, safely and controllably processes information and shared resources, promotes the networking of information flow, automation of workflow, shortcut of office approval and scientific decision-making implementation, improves office efficiency, and actively promotes highquality development of the fine and informatization management of enterprises, it provides reference for the construction of military enterprise collaborative office system.
