摘 要：随着信息技术的不断发展，其在高速公路监控管理领域有了更广阔的应用空间。在“以人为本，安全发展”理念支持下，基于信息技术的高速公路监控管理的作用与价值进一步突出。文章具体分析了信息技术应用于高速公路监控管理中的价值，并提出基于信息技术的高速公路监控管理策略，以及基于信息技术的高速公路监控信息管理平台的建设思路，希望为相关人员提供一些参考借鉴。

Expressway Monitoring and Management Strategy Based on Information Technology

Abstract: With the continuous development of information technology, it has a broader application space in the field of expressway monitoring and management. Under the support of “people-oriented, safe development” concept, the role and value of expressway monitoring and management based on information technology are further highlighted. The paper specifically analyzes the value of the information technology applied in the expressway monitoring and management, and puts forward the expressway monitoring and management strategy based on the information technology, and the construction ideas of expressway monitoring and information management platform based on information technology, hoping to provide some reference for the relevant personnel.
