摘 要：文中场景围绕人口老龄化背景下，老年人群对城市医疗服务和养老服务的现实迫切需求进行分析，以城市数字化转型为引擎，以现代信息技术为支撑，通过跨平台业务融合等关键信息技术的创新和突破，构建了基于互联网诊疗的医养结合服务平台，完成了基于互联网技术的智慧医疗、智慧养老融合与创新发展研究。探索了在“家庭—社区—养老机构”不同应用场景下，基于互联网医院的医养结合数字化转型应用场景设计与实现，创新“互联网医院＋医养结合”应用示范。

Design and Implementation of Digital Transformation Application Scenario of Integrated Eldercare Services with Medical Care Based on Internet Hospital

Abstract: The scenario focuses on the analysis of the urgent needs of the elderly for urban medical services and elderly care services under the background of population aging, taking the urban digital transformation as the engine, modern information technology as the support, and through the innovation and breakthrough of key information technologies such as cross platform business integration, It has built a Integrated Eldercare Services with Medical Care service platform based on Internet diagnosis and treatment, and completed the research on the integration and innovative development of intelligent medical care and intelligent elderly care based on Internet technology. It explores the design and implementation of digital transformation application scenario of Integrated Eldercare Services with Medical Care based on Internet hospital under the different application scenarios of “family-community elderly care institutions”, and innovates the application demonstration of “Internet hospital + Integrated Eldercare Services with Medical Care”.
