摘 要：根据国务院《关于全面深化新时代教师队伍建设改革的意见》的指导思想，为贯彻落实新时代师风师德建设要求，文章设计并实现了新时代高校师德师风建设评估监测系统。开发了实时课堂监测与报警系统，用于实时监测教师课堂语音信息，如果负向信息超过阈值则发出警报；构建了高校师德师风评价指标体系；制定了基于 TOPSIS 的师德师风评估评判方法。该系统可为高校师德师风的中长期评估提供数据支撑，具有重要的参考借鉴意义。

Design and Development of Evaluation and Monitoring System for the Construction of College Teachers’ Morality and Style in the New Era

Abstract: According to the guiding ideology of the State Council’s Opinions on Comprehensively Deepening the Reform of the Construction of Teachers in the New Era, in order to implement the requirements of the construction of teachers’ morality and style in the new era, this paper designs and implements an evaluation and monitoring system for the construction of college teachers’ morality and style in the new era. A real-time classroom monitoring and alarm system is developed to monitor teachers’ classroom voice information in real time. If the negative information exceeds the threshold, an alarm will be issued; the evaluation index system of college teachers’ morality and style is constructed; the evaluation method of teachers’ morality and style based on TOPSIS is formulated. The system can provide data support for the medium and long-term evaluation of college teachers’ morality and style, and has important reference significance.
