摘 要:经过近几年对各自河湖监控效果的研究,可视化系统已成为河流管理中的重要保障手段,该技术能基本实现对河湖实时状态的基本监测。文章从业务场景应用视角,探讨通过基于5G的AI的图像识别技术,如何实现非法采砂、河道水面及两岸保洁、河流水域岸线违法的智能化、自动化预警,从而降低人工管理成本,将河湖破坏消灭在萌芽状态,提高治理部门的管理效率。

Research on River and Lake Monitoring and Management Ability of AI Based on 5G

Abstract: After the research on the monitoring effect of respective rivers and lakes in recent years, the visualization system has become an important guarantee means in river management, and the technology can basically realize the basic monitoring of the realtime state of rivers and lakes. From the perspective of business scenario application, this paper discusses how to realize the intelligent and automatic early warning of illegal sand mining, river surface and cross-strait cleaning, and illegal river water area shoreline through AI image recognition technology based on 5G, so as to reduce the cost of manual management, eliminate the damage of rivers and lakes in the bud and improve the management efficiency of the management department.
