一种地铁施工分频振动感应预警信号测量装置的研制

摘  要:大型工程机械在施工过程中会不可避免地产生振动效应,影响周边的土体环境和建筑物,当施工中产生的振动波与地层土体的固有频率相互重合时,会引发土体共振。共振过程会导致施工过程中的机械不稳定,同时也会产生较大的振动波传 递到地表建筑,影响地表建筑的稳定性,并造成建筑室内振动噪声指标超标。该文基于悬臂结构的共振原理,设计了一种分频振动信号测量装置,对于特定的频率信号进行早期预警。当工程机械施工过程中产生的振动信号与土体的固有频率一致时,分频振动感应预警信号测量装置的振动臂产生的响应就会变大,从而发出预警信息,减少施工过程振动效应产生的风险和隐患。

Development of a Frequency Division Vibration Induction Early Warning Signal Measuring Device for Subway Construction

Abstract: Large construction machinery inevitably produces vibration effect during construction, which affects the surrounding soil environment and buildings. When the vibration wave generated during construction coincides with the natural frequency of the stratum soil, it will cause soil resonance. The resonance process will lead to mechanical instability in the construction process, and will also produce large vibration waves to be transmitted to surface buildings, affecting the stability of surface buildings, and causing the indoor vibration and noise indicators of buildings to exceed the standard. In this paper, based on the resonance principle of cantilever structure, a frequency division vibration signal measuring device is designed to give early warning for specific frequency signals. When the vibration signal generated in the construction process of construction machinery is consistent with the natural frequency of soil, the response generated by the vibration arm of the frequency division vibration induction early warning signal measuring device will become larger, so as to send out early warning information and reduce the risks and hidden dangers caused by vibration effect in the construction process.
