基于 CiteSpace 可视化分析的气候变化与食品安全 的计量研究

摘  要:气候变化下的食品安全属于环境学、生态学、经济学等多学科在内的交叉研究。文章采用 CiteSpace 文献计量方法,系统总结了食品安全和气候变化领域 20 年间 SCI-E 和 SSCI 收录的 1 441 篇文献。研究发现相关研究进展分为三个阶段,即气候变化对食品安全的影响,气候 - 食品系统的形成,气候 - 食品系统下的利益相关者认知与策略。农业部门、食品安全和农业生态抗性是当前研究的三个热点;可持续发展、利益相关者认知和区域研究是未来研究的趋势。

Quantitative Study on Climate Change and Food Safety Based on CiteSpace Visualization Analysis

Abstract: Food safety under climate change belongs to the interdisciplinary research of environmental science, ecology, economics and other subjects. This paper uses CiteSpace bibliometrics method, systematically summarizes 1 441 papers in SCI-E and SSCI in the field of food safety and climate change in the past 20 years. It is found that the research progress can be divided into three stages, namely the impact of climate change on food safety, the formation of climate-food system, and stakeholder cognition and strategies under climatefood system. The agricultural sector, food safety and agroecological resistance are three hotspots in current research. The sustainable development, stakeholder cognition and regional studies are the trends of future research.
