摘 要：随着“一带一路”战略的不断发展和深化，给我国企业带来了难得的发展机遇。本文以A 公司为背景，通过对其目前所运行的财务管理模式进行分析，指出该公司财务管理存在的问题，提出通过构建财务共享服务中心体系解决问题的策略。

Abstract：With the continuous development of“The Belt and Road”strategy，to bring a rare opportunity for development of China’s enterprises. In this paper，based on the background of A company，through the analysis of its current operating mode of financial management，this paper points out the problems existing in the financial management of the company and proposes the strategy to solve the problem through the construction of the system of financial sharing service center.
