摘 要：本文在深入分析当前空管系统合规管理工作的基础上，根据对管理体系的理解以及实际工作经验，提出从组织层面避免合规风险的方法和建议，以对空管系统有效推进合规管理工作提供一些启示和借鉴。

Discussion on How to Do Compliance Management Work in ATC System

Abstract：Based on analyzing the current safety compliance management work in ATC system，and combined with the understandof management system and practical work experience，the paper brings forward some methods and suggestions of this work，in order toavoid compliance risk from the organizational level，hope to provide some inspiration and reference for effectively promote compliancemanagement work in ATC system.
