摘 要：在网络信息时代，以纸质为载体的传统招标投标方式已难以适应新的时代要求，电子招标投标工作的实现是时代发展的必然趋势。本文分析了电子招标投标工作存在的问题，并在此基础之上从搭建公共服务“平台”、完善电子招投标“制度”、创设系统安全“环境”等方面，具体阐述了新时期强化电子招标投标工作的应对措施。

Reflection and Suggestion on Electronic Tendering and Bidding in the New Era

Abstract：In the era of network information，the traditional bidding method with paper as the carrier is difficult to adapt to thenew requirements of the times. The realization of the electronic bidding work is the inevitable trend of the development of the times. Thispaper analyzes the problems existing in the electronic tendering and bidding work，and on this basis，from the construction of the publicservice“platform”，perfect electronic bidding“system”，the creation of the system security “environment”and other aspects，thispaper concretely expounds the measures to strengthen the electronic tendering and bidding work in the new period.
