摘 要:研究发现电信运营商利用优惠券能力做业务销售,在订购、生效和扣费等环节中与线上实物商品销售有所不同,存在套利风险。主要概述了电子优惠券定义和电子优惠券系统功能架构,重点研究了优惠券系统的潜在风险,以真实“办业务送券”案例分析优惠券的对账机制;通过对账机制的建立,避免业务和系统漏洞,有效地保护企业和客户优惠券权益。

Research on the Reconciliation Mechanism of Coupon System Based on Telecommunication Industry

Abstract: The research found that the telecom operators use the ability of coupon to do business sales, which is different from online physical goods sales in the links of ordering, effective and fee deduction, and there is arbitrage risk. This paper mainly summarizes the definition of electronic coupon and the functional architecture of the electronic coupon system, focuses on the potential risks of the coupon system, analyzes the coupon reconciliation mechanism in the real case of “sending business coupons”. Through the establishment of the reconciliation mechanism, it avoids the business and system loopholes, effectively protects the coupon rights of enterprises and customers.
