摘 要：医院在日常的管理中，由于医院科室的原因，账务管理困难，加之人员流动性较大，给医院的日常管理带来了很大的困难。引入医院资源规划管理，将信息化的技术与实际工作相互连接，很好地解决了日常管理中遇到的问题。本文详细地对系统的建设进行了阐述，对策略使用中出现的问题进行了分析，并提出了合理化的解决思路，旨在使医院资源规划系统更好地服务于医院的日常管理，提高医院的办事看病效率。

Abstract：In the daily management of the hospital，due to the reasons of the hospital department，the difficulty of accounting management，coupled with the greater turnover of personnel，has brought great difficulties to the daily management of the hospital. By introducing hospital resource planning and management，the information technology is connected with the actual work，which solves the problems encountered in daily management. This article in detail elaborates the construction of system，analyze the strategy in the use of questions，and put forward reasonable solution，designed to improve the service use of hospital resources planning system in the daily management of the hospital，improve the efficiency of hospital’s medical treatment.
