摘 要：近年来，随着我国网络信息技术的飞速发展，人事档案管理工作也逐渐实现了信息化发展，特别是近年来对计算机技术的有效应用，更是在很大程度上促进了我国中学教职人事档案管理工作的发展，极大地提升了我国整体人事档案工作的管理效率和水平。在信息化建设不断发展和完善的当前社会中，中学教职工的人事档案管理工作的传统工作模式也逐渐开始转变，这意味着传统的人事档案管理工作已经不能适应社会的整体发展，所以在今后的人事档案信息管理工作中要紧紧跟上社会发展步伐，实现人事档案管理工作的信息化发展。本文将对当前中学教职工人事档案信息管理工作展开研究。

Informatization Management of Staff Personnel Files in the Middle School

Abstract：With the rapid development of the network information technology in China in recent years，the personnel file management has gradually realized the development of information technology，especially the effective application of computer technology in recent years，which has greatly promoted the development of the personnel file management work in the teaching of high school in our country，and it has greatly improved the management efficiency and level of our overall personnel archives work. In the current society with the development and perfection of information construction，the personnel file management of the middle school staff has gradually changed from the traditional mode of work. It also means that the traditional personnel file management can not adapt to the overall development of the society. Therefore，in the future personnel file information management work，we must closely follow the pace of social development，and realize the information development of personnel archives management. This paper will study the information management of personnel files in middle schools.
