摘 要：基于发明问题解决理论（TRIZ），本文对干马铃薯片的工艺流程进行优化设计，并以建水县福新果蔬专业合作社为例，运用TRIZ 创新方法理论中的创新思维、以及40 个发明原理等方法使得工艺流程变得智能化、环保化、自动化。通过运用新的工艺流程，不仅能够生产出质量更好的干马铃薯片，而且也满足了人们对健康食品的要求。

Study on Process Optimization of Dry Potato Chips Based on TRIZ Theory
——Taking the Fuxin Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative in Jianshui County as an Example

Abstract：Based on the theory of invention problem solving （TRIZ） theory，in this paper the technological process of dry potatochips to optimize design，taking the Fuxin Fruit and Vegetable Professional Cooperative in Jianshui County as an Example，by usingthe theory of TRIZ innovative method of creative thinking，and 40 invention principle method such as intelligent makes technologicalprocess，environmental protection and automation. The new process not only produces better quality dry potato chips，but also meetspeople’s requirements for healthy food.
