摘 要：该系统是基于.NET 的教师信息管理系统的开发与实现来进行阐述，以Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2012为开发平台，ASP.NET 为开发工具，数据库系统使用的是SQL SERVER 2012。系统主要实现的功能有教师个人信息登记，教师个人信息的搜索、浏览、修改、删除、排序、筛选、导入、导出等。对高校教师信息管理系统进行了需求分析、设计与实现。

Abstract：This system is based on the development and implementation of teacher information management system based on .NET.The system uses Microsoft Visual Studio .NET 2012 as the development platform，ASP.NET as the development tool，and the database system uses SQL SERVER 2012. The main functions of the system are the registration of teachers’personal information，the search，browsing，modification，deletion，sorting，filtering，importing and exporting of teachers’personal information. This system has carried on the demand analysis，design and realization to the university teacher information management system.
