摘 要:中国农户的非低碳消费行为造成了严重的生态环境问题,然而,随着“互联网 +”的发展,ICT 的使用对农户行为有着重要影响。因此,文章对 ICT 的使用对农户低碳消费行为是否有影响进行了研究,采用 2018 年中国家庭追踪调查(CFPS)的数据,并运用 Probit 模型。研究发现:核心变量 ICT 使用、农业劳动者、家庭人口数和政府补贴对农户低碳消费行为的发生具有显著正向影响;年龄和环境污染严重程度评价对农户低碳消费行为的发生具有显著的负向影响。

The Impact of ICT Usage on Farmers’Low Carbon Consumption Behavior ——Take Energy for Living as an Example

Abstract:Chinese farmers’non low carbon consumption behavior has caused serious ecological environmental problems. However,with the development of“internet plus”,the usage of ICT has an important impact on farmers’behavior. Therefore,this paper studies whether the usage of ICT has an impact on farmers’low carbon consumption behavior,using the data of China family panel studies(CFPS)in 2018,and using Probit model. The study results show that the core variables ICT usage,agricultural workers,family population and government subsidies have a significant positive impact on the occurrence of low carbon consumption behavior of farmers; age and environmental pollution severity evaluation have a significant negative impact on the occurrence of low carbon consumption behavior of farmers.
