摘 要：分析健康管理中心分诊平台日常运行的现状，构建智能导检系统以实现全流程智能导检。利用大数据分析、定制智能排队导检规则、实施 5S 健康管理模式等方法对瓶颈问题进行整改，并做出对比分析。实施智能导检系统后，分诊室节点人流得到有效控制，降低了医务人员工作量，体检人员就诊体验感得到提高。智能导检系统能够有效解决健康管理中心人员分诊的问题，体检满意度得到有效提升。

Design and Implementation of Intelligent Guiding Inspection System in Health Management Center Based on Big Data

Abstract：This paper analyzes the current situation of daily operation of triage platform in health management center，builds intelligent guiding inspection system to achieve the whole process intelligent guiding inspection. Through a series ways such as using big data analysis，formulating intelligent queuing guiding inspection rules，implementing 5S health management mode to rectify the bottleneck problems，and make a comparative analysis. After the implementation of the intelligent guiding inspection system，the stream of people in the sub consulting room is controlled effectively，the workload of medical staff is reduced，and the medical experience of physical examination person is improved. The intelligent guiding inspection system can effectively solve the problem of personnel triage in health management center，and improve effectively the satisfaction of physical examination.
