检务语音云平台的设计方案

摘  要:在检察行业信息化中,较为传统的人机交互方式包括键盘、触屏、手写笔等,由于屏幕小、键盘小,传统的交互方式相对比较笨拙,对使用者的技能也有较高的要求,效率低下、不够便捷,尤其是在询问讯问、文书编写、会议记录等对输入要求高、时效性要求高的场景下,对信息的录入速度与输入设备的便携性都提出了更高的要求。智能语音技术是近年兴起的一项新技术,主要通过信息快速录入、人机智能交互、语音采集识别、语言文字翻译等关键技术,让设备和系统能听、会说,重新定义了人机交互方式,是移动网和物联网的重要入口,近年来广泛应用于医疗、汽车、教育、金融、军事、公共安全等领域。

Design Scheme of Voice Cloud Platform for Verification

Abstract:In the information of the procuratorial industry,the traditional human-computer interaction methods include keyboard, touch screen,handwriting pen and so on. Because of small screen and small keyboard,the traditional interactive mode is relatively clumsy. It also has high requirements for the user’s skills,low efficiency and inconvenient,especially in the case of interrogating interrogation,writing of documents,meeting record and so on,high requirements and high timeliness requirements are required for the input speed of information and the portability of the input equipment. Intelligent voice technology is a new technology which has been developed in recent years. It mainly solves the key technologies such as information rapid entry,man-machine intelligence interaction,speech acquisition and recognition,language and text translation,so that the equipment and system can be heard and said,redefining the human-computer interaction. It is an important entrance to the mobile network and the internet of things,and has been widely used in recent years. It is applied to medical,automobile,education,finance,military,public safety and other fields.
