夏玉米干旱实时评估监测系统设计与实现

摘  要:文章提出一种通过爬虫程序采集实时气象数据与夏玉米土壤墒情数据结合的模型评估方法,通过开发建立一套具有强时效性干旱评估监测系统。系统采用“气象数据采集—干旱模型分析构建—专题图可视化建模—地图服务调用—客户端展示”的设计路线,通过集成数据采集分析平台与业务应用平台实现夏玉米干旱评估监测。最后以河南省为案例做出应用评价,证明系统具有良好的实用性,对农业气象灾害防治工作具有指导意义。

Design and Implementation of Summer Corn Drought Real-Time Assessment and Monitoring System

Abstract: This paper proposes a model evaluation method that combines real-time meteorological data collected by crawler program and summer corn soil moisture data, and a set of drought evaluation and monitoring system with strong timeliness is established through development. The system adopts the design route of “meteorological data collection—drought model analysis construction—thematic map visualization modeling—map service call—client display”, and realizes summer corn drought assessment and monitoring through the integrated data collection and analysis platform and business application platform. Finally, an application evaluation is made with Henan Province as a case, which proves that the system has good practicability and has guiding significance for the prevention and control of agrometeorological disasters.
