Construction Practice of Seal Management System under the Background of Hospital Smart Management Construction

Abstract: Under the background of smart hospital construction, the hospital gradually carries out informatization work of seal management. Seal management is one of the important parts of hospital management and the premise of of effectively carrying out each work in the hospital. In order to standardize the seal management process, reduce the risk of seal, and further improve the level of hospital management, Huadu District People’s Hospital of Guangzhou designs the system structure, system process and system function to build a seal management system in line with the actual situation of the hospital by analyzing and studying the current situation of hospital seal management, which realizes the management functions of the separation of human and seal, timely management and control, process marks and so on. Practice proves that constructing the seal management system can help the seal management.
