基于 KingSCADA 的建筑设备管理系统设计与实现

摘  要:现代商品房和工业用房通常采用建筑设备管理系统来实现对房内设备的管控,达到节能减排、科学合理使用建筑设备的目的。为了提高企业自身竞争力,使其在市场竞争中快速占领市场,开发一款基于 KingSCADA 的建筑设备管理系统,设计了基于 KingSCADA 的软硬件系统,优化了 PID 算法,在某医院的建筑设备管理系统中运行状态良好。为中小型企业自主设计应用组态监控系统提供良好的解决方案,稳定的系统性能让性价比达到最优,提高了企业核心竞争力,在工业控制系统中具有一定的推广应用价值。

Design and Implementation of Building Equipment Management System Based on KingSCADA

Abstract: Modern commercial houses and industrial houses usually use the building equipment management system to manage and control the equipments in the house, so as to achieve the purpose of energy conservation, emission reduction and scientific and rational use of building equipments. In order to improve the competitiveness of enterprises and make them occupy the market quickly in the market competition, a construction equipment management system based on KingSCADA is developed, the software and hardware system based on KingSCADA is designed, the PID algorithm is optimized, it runs well in the building equipment management system of a hospital. It provides a good solution for small and medium-sized enterprises to independently design and apply the configuration monitoring system. The stable system performance optimizes the cost performance, improves the core competitiveness of enterprises, and has a certain promotion and application value in industrial control systems.
