摘 要：国土空间规划成果审查与管理是国土空间规划“一张图”实施监督信息系统的重要组成部分。当前，编审体系尚不完善，技术审查流程尚不明确，造成该模块的建设缺乏明确依据。文章依托绍兴市国土空间规划“一张图”实施监督信息系统的建设经验，引入全要素自由构建的总体思路，满足未来不同角色对各类型规划成果的多样审查需求，以应对行业及政策诸多不确定带来的挑战。

Consideration and System Construction of the Review and Management of National Land Spatial Planning Achievements

Abstract: The review and management of national land spatial planning achievements is an important part of “one map” implementation and supervision information system of national land spatial planning. At present, the editing and review system is not perfect, and the technical review process is not clear, resulting in the lack of a clear basis for the construction of this module. Based on the construction experience of “one map” implementing and supervision information system of Shaoxing’s national land spatial planning, this paper introduces the general idea of free construction of all factors to meet the diverse review needs of different roles for various types of planning achievements in the future, so as to cope with the challenges brought by many uncertainties in the industry and policies.
