摘 要：为了规范管理出租车公司和出租车司机，降低运营成本并提高运营效率，设计了一款出租车监管系统。系统后端开发采用 Aiohttp 框架，在 MySQL 中创建数据库，再根据系统的功能模块建立相应的数据表，在 PyCharm 开发环境中创建Python 项目，最后通过 PyCharm 进行编程；前端开发运用了 Vue Element UI 框架技术。系统具有出租车企业和司机进行违规违章记录处理，乘客投诉处理，增添载客记录，收入审查和绩效评级等监管功能。系统运行稳定，具有一定的实用价值。

Design and Implementation of Taxi Supervision System

Abstract: In order to standardize the management of taxi companies and taxi drivers, reduce the operational costs and improve the operational efficiency, a taxi supervision system is designed. The back-end development of the system adopts the Aiohttp framework, creates a database in MySQL, and then establishes the corresponding data tables according to the functional modules of the system, creates a Python project in the PyCharm development environment. The front-end development uses Vue Element UI framework technology. The system has the regulatory functions of taxi enterprises and drivers in handling violation records, handling passenger complaints, adding passenger records, revenue review and performance rating. The system runs stably and has certain practical value.
