摘 要:从检测检验样品管理、任务管理、数据处理、报告管理、统计分析和系统管理等方面开发建设煤矿钢丝绳检测检验实验室管理系统,实现了检测检验业务全过程的网络化、信息化,数据的自动分析处理,检验报告的自动生成、在线编辑、在线审核等功能。系统的应用减轻了操作人员的劳动负担,提高了工作效率,保证了检测检验报告的质量,提升了实验室科学公正、准确高效的技术服务水平。

Development of Laboratory Information Management System for Coal Mine Wire Ropes Detection and Inspection

Abstract: A Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for the coal mine wire ropes detection and inspection is developed and established for functions such as detection and inspection sample management, task management, data processing, report management, statistical analysis, system management and other aspects. It realizes the network and information of the whole process of detection and inspection business, the automatic analysis and processing of data, the automatic generation of inspection report, online editing, online audit and other functions. The application of the system reduces the labor burden of operators, improves the work efficiency, ensures the quality of the detection and inspection report, and improves the scientific, fair, accurate and efficient technical service level of the laboratory.
