摘 要：文章结合湖南森林防火工作实际情况，描述了利用铁塔视频建设湖南省森林防火视频监控系统的目标和遵循的原则，提出了通过热成像、智能图像 AI 识别、融合通信、GIS 地理信息等技术，实现基于铁塔的森林防火视频监控系统的过程，设计的系统对视频进行智能分析，对异常情况做到事前预警，使森林防火预警监测工作智慧化。

Design and Implementation of Hunan Forest Fire Prevention Video Monitoring System Based on Iron Tower

Abstract: Based on the actual situation of forest fire prevention in Hunan Province, this paper describes the objectives and principles of building a forest fire prevention video monitoring system in Hunan Province by using iron tower video, and puts forward the process of realizing a forest fire prevention video monitoring system based on iron tower through thermal imaging, intelligent image AI recognition, fusion communication, GIS geographic information and other technologies. The designed system performs intelligent analysis on the video, and achieves pre-warning for abnormal conditions, make the forest fire prevention early warning and monitoring work intelligent.
