摘 要:为电厂设备进行状态检测可以及时发现设备异常并修复,然而目前的监控系统无法在故障发生前报告设备的异常状态。为了解决上述问题,提出了一种基于快速响应码的电厂设备管理系统。该系统可以在人工巡检时,通过扫描设备上的二维码,查看设备的运行状态等信息,为电厂设备的管理提供了数据支撑。同时,开发了与电厂设备管理系统相对应的移动 APP。该系统在电厂设备管理的实际使用中效果良好,可以为其他领域的设备管理工作提供参考。

Power Plant Equipment Management and Mobile Terminal APP Development Based on QR code

Abstract: Power plant equipment state detection can detect equipment abnormalities in time and repair, but the current monitoring system is unable to report the abnormal state of equipment before failure occurs. In order to solve the above problems, a power plant equipment management system based on QR code is proposed. The system can scan the QR code on the equipment during manual inspection to check the operating state of the equipment and other information, which provides data support for the management of power plant equipments. At the same time, the mobile APP corresponding to the power plant equipment management system is developed. The system has a good effect in the actual use of power plant equipment management and can provide reference for other fields of equipment management work.
