摘 要：本文从高校就业管理系统的需求分析入手，对各个模块的功能实现等方面进行了探讨。实践表明，高校就业管理系统方便高校对毕业生信息进行集中管理，为用人单位与毕业生之间提供了双向选择，高校就业管理相关工作的质量和效率得到了大幅度提高。

Abstract：Starting from the needs analysis of university employment management system，this paper discusses the function realization of each module. The practice shows that the university employment management system facilitates the centralized management of the graduates’ information，which can make a two-way choice between the employers and the graduates，and the quality and efficiency of the work related to the employment management in colleges and universities has been greatly improved.
