摘 要：石油工程科研企业信息化发展已经经历了初级阶段（文档电子化、结构化管理）、中级阶段（应用网络化、工作流程化管理模式），正逐步转向项目全生命周期的管理。通过信息数字化、集成化管理，建立全业务过程管控模式，实现一流科研项目管理水平，必然需要项目管理信息化平台支撑，通过项目成本核算信息集成处理，实现项目资源优化利用、风险管控与成 本节约。

Abstract：The development of information technology in petroleum engineering scientific research enterprises has gone through the primary stage（document electronic structured management），intermediate stage（application network，workflow managementmode），and is gradually turning to the management of the whole life cycle of the project，through information digitalization and centralized management，the whole business process control pattern is established. To achieve a first-class scientific research project management level，it is necessary to support the information platform of project management. Through the integrated processing of project cost accounting information，the optimization and utilization of project resources，risk control and cost saving are realized.
