摘 要：作为医院重要资源一部分的病案信息，在临床科研、医学统计学、临床教学以及医疗中发挥着至关重要的作用，同时也为医疗纠纷的处理提供了法律依据。随着现代化进程脚步的不断加快，数字化医院建设迫在眉睫，建设数字化病案信息的统计、收集、保存、处理以及一体化管理，受到医院决策者的高度重视。本文以病案统计管理现状为出发点，探讨了病案信息统计管理一体化的可行性与重要性，并对其实现途径进行重点阐述。

Abstract：Medical record information as an important part of the hospital resources，plays a vital role in clinical scientific research，medical statistics，clinical teaching and medical treatment. It also provides legal basis for the treatment of medical disputes. With the rapid pace of modernization，the construction of digital hospital is imminent. How to build the digital medical records statistics，collection，preservation，processing and integrated management is highly valued by the policy-makers of the hospital. Based on thestatus of medical record statistics management，this paper discusses the feasibility and importance of the integration of medical recordsinformation and statistics management，and focuses on the ways to realize it.
