摘 要：机电安装工程技术的有效完善，全面提高了工业技术的社会效益。因此，精细化管理能够在一定程度上简化安装工程项目的流程，从而显著的实践了项目配置的目的。基于上述，文章分析了精细化管理的基本内涵、发展现状以及实践应用方法。

Application of Fine Management in Construction Mechanical and

Abstract：Effective improvement of mechanical and electrical installation engineering technology has comprehensively improved the social benefits of industrial technology. Therefore，refined management can simplify the process of installation project to a certain extent，thus significantly fulfilling the purpose of project configuration. Based on the above，this paper analyses the basic connotation，development status and practical application methods of fine management.
