3D 打印抓斗造型探索

摘  要:3D 打印是一种新兴的增材制造技术。本文结合天津港第四港埠有限公司引进的天津博诺智创3D 打印机,主要探讨了使用其进行抓斗造型的具体步骤和关键问题,提出了用胶水粘贴方法代替零件连接得到抓斗模型,该模型能简单模拟抓斗作业过程。文章通过反复思考分析,根据造型中的失败情况,总结了本次3D 抓斗造型打印的最优参数,结合自身经验提出了下次造型的改进建议。

Exploration of Grab Modeling for 3D Printing

Abstract:3D printing is a new manufacturing technology of augmented materials. Combining with Tianjin Bono Zhichuang 3D printer introduced by Tianjin Harbour Fourth Stevedoring Co.,Ltd.,this paper mainly discusses the concrete steps and key problems of grab modeling by using it,and puts forward a grab model which can simply simulate the grab operation process by using glue pasting instead of connecting parts. This paper summarizes the optimum parameters of 3D grab model printing based on repeated thinking and analysis,and puts forward suggestions for improvement of the next model according to its own experience.
