电力自助票据打印终端的应用研究

摘  要:本文针对目前国内供电营业厅发票打印的现状及存在的业务需求,对各供电营业厅发票打印排队时间长、发票打印不规范等现状开展研究,探讨建立基于多种认证模式、多种电力票据自助打印的电力自助票据打印终端。依据《国家电网公司关于坚持以客户为中心进一步提升优质服务水平的意见》中有关“深化互联网+ 营销服务,拓展服务新模式”的通知,分析互联网技术中人脸识别等先进技术,提出了融合互联网、物联网先进技术的自助票据打印终端建设方案,并构建了电子自助票据打印的应用场景,为供电营业厅拓展服务新模式提供了有益借鉴。

Application Research of Electric Self-service Bill Printing Terminal

Abstract:This paper aims at the current status and existing business requirements of power supply business halls in China,thispaper studies the long queuing time of invoice printing and irregular invoice printing in power supply business halls,and discusses theestablishment of power self-service bill printing terminal based on multiple authentication modes and various power bill self-printing.According to the notice of the national Power Grid Corp on Adhering to Customer Centered and Further Improving the Quality of Service,the notice of “deepening Internet plus marketing services and expanding the new service mode” has analyzed advanced technologiessuch as face recognition in internet technology,and put forward self-help bills that integrate advanced technologies of Internet and Internetof things. The construction scheme of printing terminal and the application scenario of electronic self-service bill printing are constructed,which provides a useful reference for the power supply business hall to develop new service mode.
