摘 要：利用信息化技术和人工智能技术开发的老年人健康监测与康养指导系统，具有实时监测老年人身体指数，以及根据老年人近期身体情况制定康养方案并辅助进行康养的功能，该系统可以有效提高老年人的自我养老能力和养老服务机构的服务效率。

Abstract：A health monitoring and health care guidance system for the elderly has been developed by using informationtechnology and artificial intelligence technology，which can monitor the body index of the elderly in real time，and can be formulatedand assisted in recuperation according to the recent physical condition of the elderly. The system can effectively improve the selfsupporting ability of elderly and the service efficiency of the elderly service organizations.
